Withdraw online

Give your order reference (invoice number or the “#number” of the confirmation e-mail) and the e-mail address used for the order. If you have an account, the function is also available in your client area: “Profile”, then “View my invoices”.

Your data: controller: Metabolis. Purposes: finding your order, sending you the confirmation link, recording your withdrawal and keeping proof of it (legal obligations).

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to its use, ask for its restriction or portability, and complain to a supervisory authority. Full details: privacy policy

Withdrawal form

This page is a translation of the French original, provided for information. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails (« En cas de divergence, la version française prévaut »).

Model withdrawal form (article L. 221-5 and appendix to article R. 221-1 of the French Consumer Code). Please fill in and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract, under article 9 of the Terms of sale.
